Steps to Become a 20/20^® Insight Associate

Complete these steps to become a 20/20^® Insight Associate:

Obtain a copy of the 20/20^® Insight Application and 20/20^® Insight Associate Agreement from the Associate who is referring you. Read the Agreement to learn about your responsibilities and PSS' responsibilities.
Give the Associate a completed, signed copy of the application.
Upon approval, give the referring Associate a completed, signed copy of the last page of the 20/20^® Insight Associate Agreement.
After receiving an invoice for the New Associate Package, pay $3,500 to the referring Associate.
After receiving the New Associate Package, learn the specifications, features, benefits and operation of the 20/20^® Insight GOLD system.
Attend the three-day Associate Qualification Course (AQC) not later than 90 days after signing the Agreement. After successfully completing the course, you will be eligible to purchase 20/20^® Insight products at wholesale prices.
PSS will send you the New Associate Package with these resources:

		HyperGuide GOLD This reference on CD contains marketing ideas, briefing scripts and PowerPoint^® files, frequently asked questions from prospective users and other information to ensure a successful start.
		20/20^® Insight GOLD system package This contains the Administration Software, which is used to set up feedback projects.
		The 360 Smart Kit^™ This CD includes answers to more than 80 frequently asked questions about multi-source feedback and a myriad of implementation resources such as lesson plans, scripts and PowerPoint files for sessions with participants. It is part of the 20/20^® Insight GOLD system package and can also be sold separately.
		Administrator Tutorial This multi-media CD shows how to use the 20/20^® Administration Software. It is part of the 20/20^® Insight GOLD system package and can also be sold separately.
		Three Demo Disks 20/20^® Insight GOLD, Respondent Software, and IDP (Individual Development Planning software) demos.
		Audiotape "Enhance Your Consulting Business" (Side A) and "Twelve Success Tools for Associates" (Side B).
		Marketing Materials One copy each of all promotional pieces.
