The self-customization features of 20/20® Insight make it so flexible
that it can be used for many purposes. The software program rating with the average ratings
for the group or the whole organization helps a person understand if a score is relatively
strong or weak.
Distribution
If desired, reports can show the number of people who gave specific ratings. This display
helps a person see how many people gave similar ratings. If wide variations occur among
raters, the overall performance score may not be as trustworthy.
Rater Relationships
Scores can be detailed by type of rater, such as manager, peer, direct report and
customer. This format lets people analyze the differences in ratings among different types
of raters.
Comments
Anonymous comments related to specific items can help people understand exactly what
raters like or do not like in their performance. These comments typically describe how a
specific behavior affects others and what changes they desire.
Explanation of Items
A two-paragraph explanation of an item can improve the rated individual's understanding
of what is being measured.
Recommendations for Development
20/20® Insight can print a list of possible reasons for a low rating
and a number of suggestions for follow-up developmental action for every low-rated
behavior. These tips help a person get started right away to improve low-rated behaviors.
The user selects the number of low-rated behaviors to print.

Three highly-recommended books related to the subject matter of the item can help a person
begin the process of improving knowledge and skill.
