  Technical Requirements

Before you install 20/20® Insight GOLD, make sure that you have the computer and printer necessary to operate the program. Administrative Software The 360 Smart Kit®:   Processor: PC computer, 486 or greater; Pentium recommended   Operating system: Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0 or higher   Hard disk space: 15 MB for Administrative software 10 MB for The 360 Smart Kit® 30 MB (average) for data files   Video: Windows-supported video card or better (SVGA, 256-plus colors recommended)   RAM: 8 MB (16 MB or more is recommended)   Printer: 2 MB memory (4 or more recommended)   Accessories: Mouse and CD-ROM drive   Optional for Administrative Software: If you wish to import, export, or otherwise manipulate data directly, MS Access 97 or higher is required. Respondent Software and IDP:   Windows 3.1 or higher   386 PC or higher   4 MB of RAM or more Network Configuration:   Any network file-server, such as Novell NetWare® or Windows NT®   100K hard-disk space on file-server per respondent (on average)   Shared folder / directory for each project   Windows workstations with access to the shared directory on the file-serve Email Configuration:   MAPI-compliant email software (MAPI stands for Messaging Application Programming Interface)   - Used for email notification with network assessments   - Used for Internet / interoffice email assessments WebResponse for 20/20 Insight Software: Servers:   Windows NT Server 4.0 (Service Pack 3)   Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher   Windows NT Option Pack 4 - Internet Information Server 4.0   atest MDAC drivers.
