WebResponse for 20/20^® is an optional module that can be purchased for the 20/20^® Insight GOLD system.

Now you can create feedback assessments on your Web server to collect ratings, surveys, feedback, opinions or ideas from any number of people with access to your network server.

Not only are assessments easy to make, WebResponse automatically sends an email message to participants with a link to their questionnaire on the internal network.

WebResponse is very cost-effective and technical support is free.

You can easily gather data for customer satisfaction surveys and organization climate surveys to addition to traditional 360 feedback projects.

WebResponse works with the 20/20^® Insight GOLD system. Install WebResponse on your Internet Information Server (IIS) to run Web assessments on your Intranet.

If your server has a permanent connection to the Internet, respondents outside the network can complete assessments -- ideal for customer satisfaction surveys.

Installed on a Web server, it manages the distribution and collection of Web assessments created in the 20/20^® Insight GOLD software.

If you do not have a Web server or do not wish to set one up, we can facilitate this for you.
