ASSESS is a state-of-the-art, computer driven expert system that produces full psychological
evaluations from any Internet connection for use in the business environment. These tests measure
many of the characteristics related to effective performance.
Use ASSESS to assist in the selection of outside candidates and for the promotion, placement and/or
development of internal managers, supervisors and professionals. It is available in English,
Spanish, and French Canadian.
Candidates are able to log-in to the testing site from virtually anywhere around the world to
take the ASSESS survey. Manage the assessment database, evaluate candidates and print ASSESS Reports
using any Internet connection. Over 70 industry-specific templates are available.
All ASSESS reports are written in a concise, straightforward manner and provide a detailed
description of the candidate's Work Approach, Motivations, Thinking Style,Interpersonal Style,
and Intellectual Abilities.
These tests measure many of the characteristics related to effective performance in managerial,
sales, accounting, administrative, computer programming, and many other professional level positions.

What Does ASSESS Measure?
The ASSESS Personality Survey contains a core of standard questions which measure characteristics
related to effective job performance. This core is supplemented with one or more general and/or
specific ability tests depending upon the type of job for which the candidate is being evaluated.

ASSESS Screening Report
The Screening Report is a quick overview of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses and is appropriate for use early in the selection process
This report can be used early in the selection process, preferably before the interview.
The Screening Report is recommended as one of the methods to "narrow down" the candidate pool from
multiple individuals to a few.

ASSESS Selection Report
The Selection Report helps evaluate the candidate's assets and liabilities to determine job fit,
performance potential, and management needs. This report provides a more in-depth evaluation of
the candidate’s assets and liabilities to determine job fit, performance potential and management
needs. This report is suitable for any stage of the selection process and contains the following:
- Graphic profile
- List of key strengths and potential weaknesses

- Interview suggestions
- Reference questions
- Management suggestions

The Competency Reports are customized reports that evaluate a candidate's assets and liabilities
in relation to the needed competencies of the job.
DEVELOPMENTAL REPORTS:
ASSESS Developmental Report
The Development Report is written in a developmental tone so that the report can be given to the
individual assessed and provides constructive, objective feedback of assessment results. It is
designed like a workbook requiring the individual's participation in development activities.
In addition to a detailed description of important personality traits, this report also provides interactive worksheets and
developmental suggestions.
The Report contains the following:
