Bigby, Ph.D. retain ownership of the ASSESS Expert System and reserve all rights not expressly granted to you as a licensee.

USE OF ASSESS SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION AFFIRMS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY THE LICENSEE. Bigby, Havis & Associates, Inc. and David G. Bigby, Ph.D. do not warrant that the functions contained in the ASSESS Expert System will meet your requirements or that the operation of the ASSESS Expert System will be uninterrupted or error free.
