ASSESS Site Tour - Personality Survey

Your sponsoring organization has asked you to complete an assessment using ASSESS. ASSESS is a state-of-the-art, computerized expert system that produces work-related assessments for use in the business environment. While ASSESS is a very useful tool, the results from this assessment are only part of a complete evaluation.

Other factors not evaluated by ASSESS - including your specific technical skills, experience, education, and job history - should also be considered in developing a complete picture of you. Your answers to the ASSESS Personality Survey and other instruments used with ASSESS are confidential.

The interpretation of these answers by the ASSESS system is also confidential and will be provided only to your sponsoring organization. Your ASSESS answers and results will not be provided to any other organization for any other purpose.

Your sponsoring organization has purchased the right to request ASSESS reports based on your responses to the ASSESS Survey. These reports belong to the sponsoring organization, which retains the right to decide when and if you will receive feedback on your assessment results.

If you are taking ASSESS as part of the selection process, you should know that applicants for employment typically do not receive any feedback on their ASSESS results. If you are an employee or client of the sponsoring organization, the sponsoring organization may, at their discretion, choose to share these results with you for developmental purposes.

If you are taking ASSESS as part of a development program within your organization, your ASSESS coordinator should have explained to you if and how you will receive feedback.

Your responses to the ASSESS instruments will be added anonymously, without using your name or other identifying information, to our normative database. We use this database of over 10,000 respondents to compute group averages and other normative statistics used by the ASSESS system.

The contents of this database are used for research purposes only and are not shared with any organization for any purpose. By typing "AGREE " below you acknowledge that you have read the provisions of this Survey Agreement.

Furthermore, you agree to these provisions and agree to permit the sponsoring organization to use the assessment results in its human resource processes.
