SELECT tests are designed to be used after initial screening, but before the employment interview. The resulting reports include interview probe suggestions and indications of unusual responses that should be probed during the cahdidate's interview.

Each test measures important underlying personality attributes in somewhat different ways, but each produces overall predictor indices of Performance and Integrity appropriate to the job or industry type.

These tests were specially developed and validated for a specific job type or a group of jobs in a specific industry.

Call Centers In-bound service, in-bound sales and out-bound sales roles.
Help Desk Agents Help desk and technical phone support roles.
Call Center Suite Determine fit for various roles - Inbound Service, Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, or Help Desk roles.
Customer Service Customer service representatives, order clerks, or client service representatives.
Health Care Nurse, nurse's aide, technician, transporter, and admitting office personnel.
Hospitality Wait staff or hosts in restaurants, hotels and other hospitality positions.
Retail Store Management Store managers in small format stores or department managers in large format stores and can manage associates to serve and sell. A retail manager mathematics module can be added.
Retail Clerks / Cashiers Retail store in positions where active selling is not required. A basic measure of basic retail mathematics can be added.
Retail Sales Associates Selling and dealing with customers in a retail store - positions requiring active selling and customer loyalty. A measure of basic retail mathematics can be added.
Staffing Retail Combination Retail cashier or retail sales associate role.
Administrative Support Office administrative roles such as administrative assistants, secretaries, other office support personnel, and temporaries.
Receptionist Socially engaging and serving the needs of customers role
Office / Light Industrial Combo Either an office / administrative or light industrial role

Production & Distribution		 Production, manufacturing and distribution roles such as Manufacturing Team Members, Production Associates, Operators, Assemblers, Technicians, Drivers, Warehouse Personnel, Temporary personnel.
Convenience Store Management Manage a small team of associates to serve and sell to customers in convenience stores and gas stations. A retail manager mathematics module can be added.
Convenience Store Associates Convenience store and gas station roles. Includes a basic measure of retail mathematics.
Leasing Agents Lease or rent apartments in their complexes. A measure of basic mathematics geared to the leasing role can be added.
Personal Services Roles such as hair stylist, barber, cosmetologist, and salon service provider
