Executive Assessment
Designed to help CEO's, business owners, management, and decision makers attain a greater knowledge of themselves as well as
others. The ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success or failure in both work and personal lives.
Effective interaction starts with an accurate perception of oneself.
The Executive assessment gives executives a greater knowledge of themselves and others leading to enhanced performance.
Executive report measures 4 dimensions of normal behavior
How the person:
responds to problems and challenges.
influences others to your point of view.
responds to the pace of the environment.
responds to rules and procedures set by others.
Each Executive report contains a number of personal sections that illuminate separate areas with opportunities
for enhanced communications and understanding.
The report can be debriefed by an executive coach or mentor, who can maximize the results and construct an effective
action plan for follow-up.
Executive Report Contents:
General Characteristics
This section is used to gain a better understanding of the person's natural behavior. A broad understanding of the person's work style
is provided. These statements identify the basic natural behavior that is brought to the job. That is, if left on his/her own how
he/she would choose to do the job.
Value to the Organization
This section of the report identifies the specific talents and behavior brought to the job. By looking at these statements,
one can identify his/her role in the organization. The organization can then develop a system to capitalize on the individual's
particular value and make him/her an integral part of the team.
Checklist For Communicating
Most people know the ways in with which they prefer to have others communicate with them. This section provides
a list of things to DO when communicating with the individual. It is recommended that the most important "DO's" are
highlighted and provided to those who communicate with this person most frequently.
Donts on Communicating
This section lists those things that others should NOT do while communicating with this person. By sharing this information,
all parties can develop a communication system that is mutually agreeable.
Communication Tips
This section provides suggestions on methods which will improve the person's communications with others. The tips include
a brief description of typical people with which he/she may interact. By adapting to the communication style desired by other

These words describe how he/she solves problems and meets challenges, influences people, responds to
the pace of the environment and how he/she responds to rules and procedures set by others.
Natural & Adapted Style problems, people, pave, procedures

always fit what the environment needs. This provides valuable information related to stress and the pressure to adapt
to the environment.

This section provides the person's present work environment requiring him/her to exhibit the behavior listed here. If the statements
shown do not sound job related, explore the reasons why he/she is adapting this behavior.

should be highlighted and an action plan developed to eliminate or reduce this hindrance(s).
