Online reports are generated from individuals' responses to the various assessments - listing shown below. These reports quantify information on how an individual perceives himself / herself and others. Through personalized information, respondents have the opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge of themselves and others resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity.

NOTE: Success Insights DISC reports now offer the the option to rank order the 4 possible responses - most to least –OR– the traditional Most / Least response.

The assessments are based on the "Universal D.I.S.C." Language – DISC is a silent, observable and neutral language. The IDS ™ system scores and delivers the reports automatically without any additional administration time. An IDS online assessment account provides access to any of the reports on a per report basis.

The TTI Success Insights collection of reports is based on TTI's Style Insights - DISC and Motivation Insights - PIAV instruments.

This report is designed for talent selection with behavior and values. The result is a set of bar graphs that indicate where the respondent falls within the scale of common job related behaviors: Frequent Interaction with Others, Customer Oriented, Versatility, Frequent Change, Urgency, Competitiveness, Organized Workplace, and Analysis of Data. Like jobs, people have inherent values, or motivators, that drive their behaviors. This assessment is designed for job “benchmarking” with behavior and values. This report is designed to give an overview of how the job needs to be done. This will allow an organization to determine the type of individual that would be most successful in a given position. Often an organization can reevaluate a position in order to make it more realistic for a person to perform it successfully. This version of the DISC job questionnaire features a new, point scale that provides a more accurate reflection of what the job is calling for. Note: Workplace Behaviors is a DISC graph for a job.
