Managing Performance Priorities program ®
This 24/7 online solution offers a easy and effective way for a manager or coach and employee(s) to simultaneously establish
priorities for the work week or month. This system is ideal for multiple situations -- the format is simple and easily incorporated.
With online accessibility, a manager or coach can easily communicate with individuals in different locations or countries.
Eliminate employees waiting for their manager to give them their
next assignment. Instead, the subordinate submits a proposed
game plan to the manager for their managers approval.
Personal accountability is held by everyone involved.
This process improves communication.
Time wasted on the wrong tasks is significantly reduced while
reducing frustration and loss of productivity.
The employee determines tasks and priorities for the week and submits a plan the manager / coach. It is then approved,
revisions requested and/or comments made. If a change is requested, the plan can be revised accordingly. At the end
of an established time period, the tasks are determined complete or incomplete. Others, with a vested interest, can
be granted access to a view-only mode.
