Use this program for initiating and maintaining the relationship necessary to create leaders from leaders.
This program provides the versatility to be used effectively in a variety of different situations, such as:

The Leadership Development Program provides a great resource. The program is specifically customized to
each individual.
After a self-analysis (optional: Management-Staff assessment / report), the protégé / mentee and facilitator / mentor can
determine the individual order in which these modules will be followed in the program. This allows the development process to begin
with the key qualities that have the most potential for growth.
Two separate guides, one for the facilitator / mentor and one for the protégé, are tailored to meet their individual needs.
