Assessments for Work, Coaching, Personal, Family & Schools

Online reports are generated from individuals' responses to the various assessments (shown below). These reports quantify information on how an individual perceives himself / herself and others.

The IDS online system scores and delivers the reports automatically without any additional administration time. An online assessment account provides 24/7 access to any of the reports on a per report basis.

Through personalized information, respondents have the opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge of themselves and others resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity.

These assessments are not a measure of intelligence, values, skills, experience, education or training.

The assessments are based on the "Universal D.I.S.C." Language –– DISC is a silent, observable and neutral language. There are NO right or wrong DISC answers or report results. Validation information is available near the bottom of this page

This report is designed for talent selection with behavior and values.
