The Supervision Series Online utilizes behavior modeling to instill the basic foundations of interpersonal
supervisory management.
Delegating effectively is an excellent way to train team members to take increasingly important roles within your organization.
This module gives valuable insight into and practice with the "Three W’s" of effective delegation: When team leaders should delegate;
to whom they should delegate; and what explanation they should give to team members. The course also shows how to use delegation as a motivational tool.
