The Supervision Series Online utilizes behavior modeling to instill the basic foundations of interpersonal supervisory management.

For: Team leaders and first-line managers in both office and industrial / manufacturing

Positive Discipline may seem like a contradiction in terms, but it does not have to be. Managers and team members will be shown how to change unacceptable team member behavior without bruising egos.

Objectives
Managers and team leaders will learn to:
  Use the technique of positive discipline to reduce and redirect problem behavior of people who report to them
  Communicate in terms of behavior rather than perception or opinions
  Avoid getting entangled in personal areas that generate defensiveness and lead away from lasting solutions
  Recognize how important team member participation is in defining problems and their solutions
  Develop the skills necessary to encourage meaningful participation
  Conclude disciplinary interviews with plans that work toward improved performance
