SELECT Associate Screening System
                        for Entry-level, Hourly, Temporary Hiring

The SELECT pre-employment testing system is a family of related tests designed to measure important, work-related, personality characteristics in applicants for entry-level, temporary, and hourly jobs. Each of the SELECT tests has been designed to be used early in the employment selection process, after initial screening, but before the employment interview. Test results include interview probe suggestions and indications of unusual responses that should be probed during the interview.

This profiling system is for Executives, Staff / Manager, Sales, Marketing, Team Relationships, and Telesales. Available in 4 report options: Interview Assistant, Individual, Manager, and Sales. Applications include: selection / interviewing, training, mentoring, coaching, career development, conflict resolution, management development, team building, and sales. The Business Motivators assessment is often used in combination with the Proception2 assessment. Available online or paper & pencil with online input.
