Negotiating for Values
Give each participant six descriptor cards - random variety of styles
Set a specific time frame (5 minutes) and ask them to go around the room and negotiate with others to get
cards with words that best describe them
Each person should keep negotiating until they have six cards that portray their strongest interests
Once time is out, ask each person to discard the two cards that least describe them from their hand
If you need ways to help the participants get cards that describe them, you might try keeping the
The idea is that each person will end up with four descriptor cards
that match their top two values
This game will work for a large group of people, with a maximum of 30 people
