The Internet Delivery Service (IDS) offers a complete family of assessments / reports.
The IDS system scores and delivers the reports automatically without any additional administration time. They are available exclusively online.
With an online assessment account, an unlimited number of Group Wheels / Group Bars can be generated at NO COST.
This allows you to get an overview of a number of individuals, at one time. You select the names to be included.
Success Insights DISC / Behavior reports are now R4 assessments – the respondent ranks all 4 responses most to least.
A 2011 norm study results show an increase the sensitivity of the assessment and, therefore, increase the personalization and accuracy of every behavioral report.
Managing For Success - MFS assessments (older validation) are no longer available.

Talent Insights Coaching
The Talent Insights Coaching report was designed to increase the understanding of an individual's talents.
The report provides insight to two distinct areas – behaviors and motivators. Understanding strengths and weaknesses
in both of these areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction.
It also integrates the two in a third section. Avoidance pages are now added to the behaviors and the motivators sections.
Behaviors Avoidance:
The absence of a behavioral factor may provide insight into areas of a current environment that can cause added stress.
Based on research, situations are identified that should be avoided or minimized in a person’s day-to-day environment.
By understanding the contribution of a low behavioral style, we are able to better articulate a person’s talents.
Motivators Avoidance:

This assessment takes approximately 45 minutes to complete
It has 48 sales situations questions. Each situation offers 4 choices of action, which are to be ranked best to least best.
