A good selection process typically includes a recruitment effort, prescreening, a realistic job preview,

measure the qualifications of job candidates and integrated into an efficient and complete selection process.
Attract the right candidate
Attracting the right candidate (and discouraging the wrong one) through effective communication should be the first
step in your selection process. Your recruitment message should clearly convey the job specifications, any special
requirements (such as shift work and schedules) and the culture of the company.
Pre-employment tests
Next, cost effective, objective pre-employment tests are used to screen candidates for the basic skills and
personality compatible with the position. Your goal is to know if the potential applicant has the basic skill level
for the job.
Work personality
Another important consideration is the potential candidate's work personality. How many times have you hired a

The SELECT selection system is a online application that only requires an Internet / Web connection and browser software
in order to use. It is also available in a paper and pencil format (requires online input to process report).
Available in English, Spanish, and French Canadian. It is simple to administer and score
and is short in duration (187 questions; approximately 20 minutes to complete).
Reports include hiring recommendations and interview suggestions that can be generated immediately on site.
