Time P.L.U.S. – Time Management Assessment
Our ability to interact effectively in any given environment may determine the difference between our success or failure in the
workplace and in personal situations.
Effective use of time starts with an accurate perception of ourselves. This report was designed to quantify information on how a person
see himself/herself. The report translates that information into how others may see the individual in order to assist in formulating strategies
to better manage the person's time.
Time P.L.U.S. Report Contents:
General Statements
This section provides a broad understanding of the person's work style. These statements identify the basic natural behavior that is
brought to the job. That is, if left on their own -- How he/she would choose to do the job. The individual uses the general characteristics
section to gain a better understanding of his/her natural behavior.
Time Wasters
This section is designed to identify time wasters that may impact the person's overall time use effectiveness. Possible causes and
solutions will serve as a basis for creating an effective personal plan for maximizing use of time and increasing performance.
Checklist for Communicating
This section of the report is a lists of things to DO when communicating with this person. By sharing this information with others, the
individual can better plan meetings, presentations and informal discussions. This will result in more efficient and time saving communications.
Don'ts on Communicating
This section lists those things that others should NOT do while communicating with this person. By sharing this information, all parties can avoid
time wasting interactions and achieve more effective communications.
Perceptions
A person's behavior and feelings may be quickly telegraphed to others. This section provides additional information on the individual's self-perception,
and how, under certain conditions, others may perceive this person's behavior. Understanding this section will empower the person to project
the image that will allow control of the situation.
Descriptors
Based on the person's responses, this section "marks" those words that describe his/her personal behavior. These words describe how
the person solves problems and meets challenges, influences people, responds to the pace of the environment and how he/she responds to
rules and procedures set by others.
Interactive Flexibility
Each person is different and each has needs they want met. This section will helps identify 4 basic behavioral styles of others. It will provide
valuable information for meeting their needs. As strategies for meeting their needs are developed, the person will gain their commitment and
cooperation. He/She will be able to understand how interacting with different styles impacts use of Time.

The graph adds a visual representation of the individual's behavioral style.
