Talent Insights Report is designed for talent selection with behavior and values.

This report can be compared with specific job requirements outlined in Job Insights Reports.


Talent Insights Report Contents

SECTION 1   Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values   (6 areas)
This section identifies what motivates the person. The motivation to succeed in anything is determined by underlying values. The individual will feel energized and successful at work when your job supports your personal values.

   –  Aesthetic
   –  Traditional / Regulatory


SECTION 2   Behavioral Hierarchy   (8 areas)

Observable behavior and related emotions contribute to success on the job. When matched to the job, they play a large role in enhancing the person's performance.

Talent Insights Coaching reports  –  General, Executive, and Sales

The Talent Insights Coaching report was designed to increase the understanding of an individual's talents. The report provides insight to two distinct areas – behaviors and motivators. Understanding strengths and weaknesses in both of these areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction. Available versions include: general, executive, and sales. The “Direct” report requires no conversion of another report.

Job Insights ®

This assessment is designed for job “benchmarking” with behavior and values. The result of this benchmarking process is a set of bar graphs that define required, job-related behaviors such as: Frequent Interaction with Others, Customer Oriented, Versatility, Frequent Change, Urgency, Competitiveness, Organized Workplace, and Analysis of Data. After producing the job benchmark, it is easy to compare Talent Insight reports to it in order to identify suitable matches in behavior and values The resulting report will contain a bar graph showing the behavioral style of the job, and a bar graph representing the values of the job.
