The Behavioral Role Exercise Game ( G-SR )
This role behavioral exercise card game is a great enhancement to any DISC training for a variety of group sizes.
Up to 88 participants role play hypothetical scenarios as either Leader, Participant or Observer – but their role is left untold.
They follow their own rules as their group works to resolve a business situation. As the team works to resolve the issue, their natural
behavioral styles are revealed and participants see the importance of understanding and appreciating behavioral styles in the workplace.
Since the roles are left untold, participant natural behavioral styles will be revealed as the discussion evolves toward finding the best resolution.
